Fortum Yritys Online is an energy consumption and cost monitoring service for companies and housing companies. The service provides you with many useful tools for monitoring electricity and district heating in your property, as well as for examining costs. The service is intended for Fortum’s electricity and district heating customers and their representatives.

Renewed Yritys Online for small businesses
You can now try the renewed Yritys Online, which is designed especially for small businesses and entrepreneurs. This autumn, the renewed service will be launched for Fortum's business customers with one to five metering points. This target group can also use the previous version of Yritys Online in parallel with the new version and move easily between them.

If your company has more than 5 metering points, you can still use the previous, familiar version of Yritys Online. The renewed service is also currently being developed for customers with more than five metering points.

The renewed Yritys Online brings with it a new user interface and an even clearer user experience. The service has been developed listening to the wishes and needs of our customers, because it is important for entrepreneurs to be able to understand at a glance what is happening on the energy consumption front in their busy everyday life. The new user interface also enables new ways to utilize and combine collected data. We develop new functionalities and constantly test them with users.

How to log in
If your company has one to five metering points, you can now log in to the renewed Yritys Online service at online.fortum.fi with the same credentials as you used to log in to the previous Yritys Online. The same username and password will therefore also work when you log in to the renewed version. If you wish, you can also switch from the new version of the service back to the previous version and back again while logged in.

Are you new user of Yritys Online?
1-5 metering points: If your company has one to five metering points, you can now log in to the renewed Yritys Online service at online.fortum.fi. Click “Luo käyttöoikeus” (“Create user ID”). Enter your company’s business ID and Fortum customer number. Your customer number can be found on your electricity bill. Create a user ID with your preferred email and phone number. Please remember that your user ID is personal!
More than 5 metering points: If your company has more than 5 metering points, you can still use the previous version of Yritys Online service at yritys.fortum.fi. Click “Luo käyttöoikeus” (“Create user ID”). Enter your company’s business ID and Fortum customer number. Your customer number can be found on your electricity bill. Create a user ID with your preferred email and phone number. Please remember that your user ID is personal!
Yritys Online Plus for free for the first month
The monthly subscription service Fortum Yritys Online Plus provides you with more detailed information about your properties and consultation related to energy efficiency if requested. You can also get help with budgeting, consumption monitoring and optimisation.
The price of the service is €6.99/month/metering point. We are now offering you Yritys Online Plus for free for the first month, after which your subscription will continue until further notice with a notice period of 14 days. You can now try Fortum Yritys Online Plus free of charge for one month! Order the Yritys Online Plus service from the service homepage or by contacting our customer service.
New district heating and cooling service, Heat Online
With the new, free Heat Online reporting service, designed for our district heating and cooling customers, you will be able to access your property's district heating and cooling consumption data, invoices, and reports all in one place.
New consumption data for district heating or cooling will no longer be updated in the Yritys Online service. As our district heating customer, you can still log in to Yritys Online and view your old data there until March 31, 2023. Logging in to both Yritys Online and Heat Online services is done with the same login credentials.

Are you managing more than one property?
As a representative of several properties, you can view the electricity and district heating information of the properties you represent. You can view electricity contracts, monitor energy consumption, and view invoices.
You can access our Yritys Online representative service by emailing the information requested below to sahko [dot] yritys [at] fortum [dot] com.
- Name, personal identification number, telephone number, email address of the representative, and the name and business ID of the representative’s company
- Names, business IDs and customer numbers of the companies represented
- Power of attorney if no prior authorisation has been verified
We will send you your user ID and password by email or SMS once the representation has been created.
